DCF church have undertaken a review of our energy consumption and have been working with the Local Energy Trust to reduce our carbon foot print and improve our energy consumption and efficiency, as part of this we have received a generous funding support package through the Scottish government’s Community Renewables Energy Scheme (CARES) to convert to more renewable energy generation and heating sources; including LED lights, Solar PV and air source heat pumps. This could not have been possible without CARES support, in terms of their expertise and funding. We are grateful for their support in this initiative”.
