THE LIFE COURSE

At Deeside, the most straightforward way to explore who Jesus is, and what being a Christian is, is by attending the Life Course.

Each course takes place over just four evenings, so it’s a short introduction to Christianity, that is hopefully easy to fit into even a busy schedule.

What SHOULD I EXPECT ON THE ‘LIFE COURSE’?

Arrive and be welcomed by our team. Dinner is provided, so have a seat and get to know the people on your table. Then you can grab yourself a tea or coffee before the rest of the evening starts.

Each night of The Life Course features short talks of about 10 minutes each. Each evening, these talks pick up on a key theme of Jesus' life. They are designed to outline the basic message of Christianity in a simple and clear fashion. In between the talks there is a chance to chat around tables about the topics being discussed. You can speak as much or as little as you like.

We finish the night with a chance to ask any questions about Christianity or about faith that you like. Maybe you've got a burning question that you'd love to ask, or maybe you'd just like to sit and listen to others.
